This studio is a great for pushing you further, albeit trendy and "coola" it gets credit. I might do a review on Wanderlust and stay at my friends house nearby.

This Saturday we are throwing you a little Wanderlust party. Be there 8ish. Drinks, DJs... and you do not want to miss the largest game of Twister in NYC history.

The Ohio Party throw down an old skool style danceparty. And vamp it for a photo that may show up on the Wanderlust site... this could be the night that makes you famous. (Tandem class at 6 is full, but you can always drop in to the 6pm Kula Flow instead.)

If you haven't heard of Wanderlust, the festival is best described as a world-class yoga retreat crossed with a music festival, all set in the glorious natural scenery of Squaw Valley USA in North Lake Tahoe. For those who can't wait until July 29, Wanderlust at Kula gives you the essence of it at an intimate level.

Wanderlust brings a little taste of its summer festival to Tribeca to celebrate the equinox. After a long New York winter, come usher in Spring with a music-infused vinyasa class, an extreme session of Twister and a much-needed dance party at Kula Yoga Project. The evening kicks off with a tag team vinyasa class featuring 3 awesome Wanderlust teachers --- Virayoga's Elena Brower, Yoga Tree SF's Janet Stone, and Kula mama Schuyler Grant. Guitarist John Shannon and bassist Garth Stevenson will provide the musical inspiration. After class, grab a glass of wine or jump into Extreme Twister --- an instant classic from Wanderlust 2009. Open hamstrings a plus, competitive lust a must. There will be prizes to inspire a yogic state of equanimity.

8pm – 11pm: Extreme Twister hosted by Nikki and DJ dance party with The Ohio Party

$40 for the class & the party & Gaiam eco-tote full of goodies.

$15 for those coming at 8pm. Wanderlust ticket holders get in free!!!
