another great
Going Down the Road- April 1971 from Ladies and Gentlemen the Grateful Dead

Goin Down the Road Accoustic slide jam by the Allman Brothers

A great Goin Down the Road intro starts at 4:25, the best solo of all time starts at 6:11, it will be worth your while. Check back for the all time greatest guitar solo's, not gonna do a top ten 2008 this year, maybe one. This is the year indie rock took over the radio and as we all know, that sucks. not because good music I used to like got popular, but because shitty music once again works it's way into the mainstreem. That's right most hipster indie rock SUCKS, and the majority of the shit on pitchfork SUCKS, except for Girl Talk, which made the top 10 list for their 2008 shit picks. so by indie rock dominating the airwaves now, it just proves that it was simple candy pop to begin with, only dumbed down, simple music can be on the radio because that's what the masses can take, anything with depth or intelligence is too much for Joe Sixpack, Cindy MTV, or Fred Fastfood. some of it is OK like Kings of Leon or My Morning Jacket who started out as live music, festival staples who knew how to jam. but most of it sucks. especially that sickly wierd no talent beck wannabe dearhunter.

this one below is a little bit later in the career then i prefer but still decent
