Here are some pictures from Israili Goa trance, turned psy-trance, veterans Infected Mushroom. I first heard about these guys from Steve Jobs, Infected was loaded on my i-Tunes on my 01' Apple G4, I can remember that Phish was also a preset! One thing is for sure, NYC nightlife is authentic as the New Yorkers that make it up, even though NYC is bursting with the rich and elite there is something, almost humble if anti-flashy, about NYC and the NYC nightlife. Though tonight was not particularly about NYC, it was about the global community. This was a very international audience and English was definitely not the primary language spoken, there were a few yamikas (jewish beanies for those that you don't know) and it was just a big ethnic stew. I had funny feeling that, the new breed of human the jet setting, international elite of Davos Man was in the crowd. The electric kool aid vibe mixed with a feeling of self indulgence helped keep people dancing throughout the night, for this late night show which started at 11:00 pm. the 6:00 pm show was the one and only, RZA of the Wu.
